Fill out request form
Contact me using the request form or by email. Let me know who you would like to have portrayed and if there is a specific delivery date by which you need the portrait painting.

Send reference photos and details
You receive an email from me, providing you with an upload link for your reference photos as well as a calendar to schedule a short video or phone call. You send me your reference photos and we talk about all details and your questions.

Down payment
Once all details have been clarified, you will receive an invoice requesting a 50% down payment. Upon receipt of the down payment, I will commence painting your portrait.

Approval of finished portrait and framing
When the painting is completed, I will send you detailed photographs of the final artwork. If there are no further change requests, you provide your final approval, and we proceed to select the frame together.

Final payment and shipping
You will receive an invoice to settle the remaining 50%, after which I will dispatch the painting to your specified address.
Practical information
Reference photos
​I work with reference photos. Photos taken in natural light with a clear shadow-light separation are best. You can send me various photos.
Painting process
The final oil painting consists of multiple color layers which take time to dry before being varnished. From the day you request your painting to the final delivery, 2 -4 months may pass.
Frame options
Once your painting is finished you can choose from 3 frame options: dark wood, bright wood or gold. I will send you photos of your painting with each frame option and asist you choosing the right one.
